We are currently looking for a Marketing & Fundraising Director (one full-time employee)


Your principal tasks :


  • Coach and manage the marketing and fundraising department (about 9 employees), by developing their talents and guiding them towards success.
  • Develop and implement a marketing and fundraising strategy (including effective target group segmentation, supporter communication and digital strategy).
  • Manage the marketing and fundraising budget, with a focus on optimizing Return on Investment and investments based on data.
  • Integrate marketing and fundraising strategies with our campaigns and communication into a coherent and strategic plan, with all elements reinforcing each other for maximum impact.
  • Represent the marketing and fundraising department internally and externally.
  • Participate actively in the international Greenpeace fundraising and program community where you will be in regular contact with fellow directors from offices around the world to exchange knowledge and best practices.

Pré-requis du poste


Your profile :

  • You are an experienced marketeer and fundraising specialist, with a very thorough and broad knowledge of fundraising strategies, tools and applications.
  • You have relevant professional experience.
  • You speak and write fluent English and knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
  • You draw strong motivation from Greenpeace’s values and objectives.
  • You are a born leader and an inspiring and coaching people manager.
  • You are fully familiar with both digital and traditional fundraising techniques.
  • You have an extensive network.
  • You are a strong organizer.
  • You are decisive and creative.
  • You perform well under pressure and are stress-resistant.
  • You have experience or knowledge of the fight against racism, sexism or other systems of oppression.
