Greenpeace Belgium is looking for an intern with strong knowledge and understanding of the Belgian media landscape. This is an excellent learning opportunity for a student to get hands-on experience focused on press relations in an international environmental organization, with high impact.
What you will be doing
Support the press officers in their daily job: media monitoring, press review, writing and publishing press releases
Be part of a project team and contribute actively to it
Support the comms team with more general communication tasks: writing blogs, translating texts, …
Collaborate with other departments of Greenpeace Belgium

Want to change the world, fix our climate and care about our ecological challenges
Are currently pursuing a degree in communications, public relations, journalism or any related field
Are passionate about and experienced in press relations, media and language
Are able to translate complicated matters into understandable and newsworthy stories
Have excellent communication skills
Are an expert in either French or Dutch grammar
Have great organizational and analytical skills
Have excellent knowledge of French or Dutch, and you have a practical knowledge of the other language (Dutch/French) and English
