Greenpeace Belgium is looking for a full-time CRM Administrator & Data Analyst (one position / one person), who dreams of working for a better environment.

Your principal tasks :

  • Be responsible for all projects related to our Salesforce CRM and datawarehouse.

  • Act as internal and external contact regarding our CRM and datawarehouse.

  • Support your colleagues with direct mailing, telemarketing and online projects.

  • Support the Marketing & Fundraising Director with data to define the fundraising strategy and annual planning.

  • Contribute to defining KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

  • Analyse and report on KPIs and overall trends in the database.

Pré-requis du poste

Your profile :

  • You have several years of relevant professional experience with Salesforce and database management

  • You are strong in analyzing large amounts of data and you are comfortable with complex data structures .

  • You have experience with SQL, knowledge of Python is a plus.

  • You like working with figures, and administrative tasks do not scare you.

  • You draw strong motivation from the values and objectives of Greenpeace.

  • You are organised and very precise in your work.

  • You are able to tackle several projects at once autonomously.

  • You are proficient in English, and preferably also in Dutch or French
