Greenpeace Belgium is looking for a Digital Marketeer (full-time).

As a digital marketeer for Greenpeace, you are responsible for driving engagement of our audiences on the digital channels: from lead generation to donor acquisition, you develop and implement strong digital campaigns to support our strategic objectives.

Tasks:

⮚     Digital lead generation

  •        Develop and implement a digital lead generation strategy together with the campaign teams to guide our audiences in their engagement to Greenpeace.

  •        Generate qualitative leads to support our donor acquisition objectives together with our channel experts (telefundraising) and audience specialists (monthly donors, high level giving, legacies).

  •        Drive engagement of our audiences through strong, compelling digital journeys and experiences.

 

⮚     Digital Marketing & fundraising campaigns

 

  •        Create and implement digital campaigns to support our donor acquisition objectives.

  •        Support and participate in our cross-channel global campaigns (end-of-year fundraising campaign, legacies, Greenpeace open boats events).

  •        Monitor and analyze digital funnels (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI).

  •        Analyze competitors, market trends and digital innovations to detect opportunities for engagement and fundraising.

 

⮚     Digital channels point of contact

 

  •        Strategic lead for digital paid advertising: social media advertising, search engine advertising, display. Plan digital paid advertising activation according to the organization’s strategic objectives, support campaigners & marketeers in setting up paid advertising, follow up on budget and setting up of dashboarding.

  • End responsibility for the update of the website: on a content as well as technical level.

Pré-requis du poste

⮚     Your profile:

  • Motivated by the Greenpeace goals and values.

  • Digital strategist: experienced and passionate digital specialist with proven experience in setting up effective digital campaigns.

  • Strong experience in digital advertising: social, search engine & display (certification is a plus).

  • Analytical and result-driven with strong skills in data analysis and dashboarding of digital funnels

  • Technical skills in website development and SEO is a plus.

  • Curious, opportunity and innovation-driven.

  • Do-er: put skills into practice, combine strategic and practical tasks.

  • Strong language skills: Dutch and/or French, and English.

  • Team player: you will work at the intersection of campaigning, marketing and fundraising therefore you will foster a collaborative environment based on empathy, respect and co-construction.
